- My bedroom is FINALLY clean after being a huge mess for the last 2 months.
- Little dude is doing a number puzzle
- Big dude is playing in his room
- I'm making plans for some projects that have been percolating in my head. Lots of exciting new things!
I received my March ALFALC swap from jamleft today. Thanks soooo much! I have been checking out that fabric for a bit now, how did you know? :) And the chocolate! YUM! Plus, she made me a super-cute little quilted house. Makes me smile!

So, it's been a bit since I posted last, and I still haven't added pictures from the cool new marketing supplies. It has been a bit crazy around here. I'm in the process of getting licensed as a Family child care provider, which is absolutely awesome, but also crazy-stressful. But, I do have pictures to share! Yay! I've also got a bunch of the vintage ribbon for the fabric kits cut. Next up is cutting into the sheets. That part's slightly unnerving. ;p Wish me luck! I'm hoping the first set of kits will be up on etsy by next weekend.
I received my swap for A Little Fabric, A Little Chocolate today. LOVE it! Thanks, Brenda! Such lovely goodies. The chocolate is already half gone... ;p I'm bad like that. I really love the fabric. Can't wait to get all creative with it. And the wallet? She made it! And I want more! Haha. They're rea lly super cute.

Well, that took a bit longer than I had planned. Between cloudy weather and dead camera battery, getting even semi-good pictures has been a bit rough. But, here they are!
For my birthday last week, I went to this fantabulous fabric store in Bloomington, IL called The Treadle. It is seriously packed with every quilting fabric you can imagine. I was there for 2 1/2 hours, and still didn't see everything! And I came home with some great stuff.
Layer Cakes from Moda in 1974, Chrysalis, Fandango and Sugar Pop! Fat quarters from Central Park and a couple other lines. Pure gorgeousness! All washed and ironed and ready to become something awesome!
I also got a bunch of the new Dr. Seuss fabric. Not EXACTLY sure what I'm gonna do with it yet, but planning on pj's for my two little guys and possibly a lap quilt. I just love Dr. Seuss, really could not pass these up!

from Fabric Shoppe. Beautiful! Can't wait to get working with it.
I am so excited and feeling super-motivated to get started on a bunch of projects right now. I'll post as I get things going!
